Email Settings for MACOS

Been Trying to setup Email for macOS it notes that it can't be pointed to the Sophos EAS.    So what are the settings I should be using for Email Server?

 

Tried looking at the help but have had no luck.

    Apple Mail isn't using the Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) protocol to synchronize with Exchange servers. It uses the Exchange Web Services (EWS) which isn't compatible with the EAS proxy. You have to reach your Exchange directly (via NAT, behind a WAF, reverse proxy, ...).
