Container isn‘t active

Hello!

I‘ve set up Sophos MDM and near all is working how it should. The container is not active and I don‘t know, how to set it active. My Apps do not have the „managed“ badge. Any workaround for that circumstance available? Do I have to set the EMM to sophos? I‘m testing Microsoft Intune too and the EMM is set to Intune.

Hi Kenny,

Sounds strange. Please help me with the following:

1. Do you have any Container policy is assigned?

2. Is the Android Enterprise Profile policy is assigned?

Please do provide additional information about the device setup.
