Brauche ich bei Sophos mobile Control und android for work zwingend ein G-Suite Account. um apps installieren zu können?

Ich bekomme immer die Fehlermeldung :

Gerät hat ein Arbeitsprofil, aber das Google-Konto ist unbekannt.

 

 

Alles andere funktioniert sperren Geräte profil usw.

Ich habe auch schon eine liste beruflicher apps angelegt aber das geht eben nicht.

Ich muss dazu sagen ich habe bei der Erstanmeldung mich bei google mit afw#sophos angemeldet für den device owner mode.

    Die Fehlermeldung deutet ja schon darauf hin, dass das Gerät ein Arbeitsprofil hat (Container) und nicht im Device Owner Modus läuft. Ich würde das Gerät noch mal resetten und den Vorgang mit afw#sophos nochmal neu starten.
