Error when trying to force iOS update via sophos Mobile Control

Hi All,

 

I've got a question, I am configuring Sophos Mobile Control for my company,

 

Now I've already created the profiles and such and everything works as it should, also installing Apps etc.

Only when I create a task bundle with the task to update iOS, the command gets send to the iPhone, only this are the task details I get:

 

Apr 26, 2018 10:50 AM   0 Not started
Apr 26, 2018 10:50 AM   0 Accepted
Apr 26, 2018 10:51 AM   0 Started
Apr 26, 2018 10:51 AM   0 Notified
Apr 26, 2018 10:51 AM   0 Commands sent
Apr 26, 2018 10:51 AM   0 Result evaluation started
Apr 26, 2018 10:51 AM An MDM command could not be executed. -45 Completely failed
 
 
My iPhone is controlled by MDM only not in Supervised mode.
 
Do any of you have a solution for this? Would be much appreciated.
