Forgot password Self Service Portal

Hi all,

I'm trying to test feature forgot password on Self Service Portal. But, I have issues, when I verify CAPTCHAR, Portal notice "CAPTCHA not solved. Try again." picture below:

Someone pleaes help me.

Which browser are you using to check the feature Forgot Password? Did you try using a different browser?

Hi Haridoss,

I check feature on Firefox and Microsoft Edge. And both of them have same problem

Hi Huy Vu

I believe you might have to check and make sure that you have the right certificate. As we see from the screenshot it states that there is a certificate error.

So, I need trust certificates of SMC server to do this.
