We are experiencing a strange problem with hidden attachments of all supported file formats.
For example if we go the settings in the Secure Email (iPhone) app and send the
logs to the support team. We receive the email immediately but if we want to open
the email on an iPhone with Sophos Secure Email we rarely get to open/download the
logs.txt file attachment. But some times it works.
We can see the attachment icon is present in the inbox on its KB size in secure email,
but the logs.txt file is hidden. The download icon/option is not present. Opening the
same email on pc or web client then there is no problem opening the attachment.
If we study the logs.txt file we notice the following log entries at the corresponting
time of opening the email with hidden attachments.
[Warning][17-01-27 10:15:19 WET]***Non-text body not parsed into mail message bean!
Any tips on how to fix unless its a bug at Sophos's end.

Lotus Domino server, Traveler 9.x
SMC 7.x, Secure Email app 7.19.12, SMC app 7.0.0.129
