SMC 7.0.10 Admin portal device properties IP Address field EMPTY

I have question about Device properties parameters how they ? I need to get device IP address that is connected via Mobile broadband connection? Is it possible using Mobile Control?

Most Mobile Broadband / LTE connections do not have a 'true' IP, they are a special NAT. So even with the IP you would most likely not be able to do anything with it.

It would be great to know why on some devices IP address field visible but empty and another devices that field not visible. Next question is, when IP address shloud be with some values?
