The Sophus app pop-up is now stopping me from updating my Sophus without a password.

Sophus won't let me open my apps without a password-which I never created. I can't do a factory restore

because I can't get into my settings app to uninstall the Sophus app and I can't install the new Sophus update either-to fix my problem. How do I get help for my Android tablet to fix this problem? I've called Sophus, which couldn't help and they recommended to go to this website for help.

I think the only sure way is to factory reset, Usually there is special keys to hold in while booting the phone (Samsung is Power and Volume Up or Power and Volume Down) that takes you to a screen that lets you completly wipe your device.

Have you tried to do an un-enrol from the admin page, this should remove the restrictions, once sorted you can then re-enrol
