How to unlock a blocked phone by Sophos Mobile Security 6.0 ?

I have uploaded your software "Sophos Mobile Security 6.0" on my phone after reading a good review about it on 01NET (a magazine specialised on computer science). However, it blocked my phone, which I have not been able to use ever since.

When I turn my phone on, it works properly, ask for my pin code, but when it goes to the homepage, your software asks me for a password I was never asked to set when I uploaded it, and therefore, nothing is accessible (I cannot access the settings, texts, apps, or anything).

I tried to reboot the phone but it is also blocked by the software.

Can you tell me how to 'unblock' my phone?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime.

I noticed while going through the forum that I am not the only one this problem happened to.

Hello Jean-Pierre,
just Sophos has been killing my android.
On my smartphone were pictures of my mummy just before her death. :-(

I also sent Sophos Germany an email. They wrote me a long, nice email that Sophos isn't able to do that.
But I have let checked my device now + Sophos as its device administrator has set a root with a password which also containted letters.
I never wanted to release this device adminstrator function but I trusted Sophos !!!
I could never guess or enter the password because at this point only numbers could be entered.
I am deadly unhappy + can't understand that a security software kills androids !!!
