I've got a problem with creating an fully working Application Whitelist. Here's what I've done and the problem it creates.
Using the System Application Inventory for a device, I exported the list of System Apps and then imported them into an Android App Group to create a whitelist.
I have then attached the White List to the Allowed Apps Restriction within a Profile.
The problem is that once the Profile has applied and you press the Home Button on the mobile device (Samsung J3) you get a pop up at the bottom of the screen asking to select one of three launchers (TouchWiz Home or Launcher or TouchWiz easy home)
So it looks like the white list is removing the Default Application which is assigned to the Home Button. Bearing this in mind I can fix the problem manually but I'd rather get to the bottom of what I'm missing in the whitelist to stop this happening in the first place.
Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions.
Could you post the Whitelist plz?

Hello, bellow is the Whitelist.

Okay - first there are at least two Apps i have whitelisted but you haven't.
It's long ago that I created my Whitelist but maybe thats the solution for your Problem.
Second I created my Whitelist by another way - i registered a Smartphone at SMC by setting the policy on "allowed apps" with a blank whitelist...then i added each app step by step to my whitelist while testing the functionality of my phone including system updates.
Thank you, I'll have a look at what you've suggested this week. Although the SMC Inventory isn't showing these Apps as being installed on my device.
i found out that these two Apps were added because of a Galaxy S5 i've connected to SMC.
As i've already told you i created a Whitelist step by step so it's a really small list and it mainly contains Business apps.
Furthermore i created a Block-List which i've sent to my devices via Appcontrol-Policy. This Bock-List contains Bloatware and Standard-Apps which i am unable to deinstall.
Both lists have to be expanded every time a new model Android-Device is added to SMC because of different Blotware and Standard-Apps.
