Hi Guys, I'm testing SMC with an iPad, and seems like either the device fails to apply container policy, or the SMC server fails to push a container policy to the device. When I open Sophos Email app on the device, it says that there is no configuration for the container present. When I click on that device in SMC gui, on the Policies tab it says: Description State Error Sophos Container – Email and Browser configuration Corporate Email: applying Unknown error. Sophos Container – Email and Browser configuration Corporate Documents: No container policy received And if I open Control app and go to Apps it says: "No apps available" SMC version 7.0.8 (rev 9453) IOS version: 9.2.1 I will really appreciate any help and suggestions.

Container policy push failed

Hi Guys,

I'm testing SMC with an iPad, and seems like either the device fails to apply container policy, or the SMC server fails to push a container policy to the device.

When I open Sophos Email app on the device, it says that there is no configuration for the container present.

When I click on that device in SMC gui, on the Policies tab it says:

Unknown error.
