allowing "iCloud-Sync" since iOS 9.3.5 - looking for a datasheet/whitepaper stating the "Business Data" is safe and not synced into iCloud

I'm looking for a datasheet/whitepaper with a statement regarding the SMC-policy "iCloud-Sync".

Since iOS 9.3.5 the sync should seperate the private data from business data - where could I find a proven source for this statement?
