I have a problem with one of our iPads Pro 9.7. When I starting Sophos Secure Email I can see error: PMA1001 server error. please contact your support team. Did anyone have similar problem ?
Others iPads and iPhone work well.
- reseted iPad - the same problem
- reinstall secure emial - the same problem
- updated iPad to newest version - the same problem
I wrote a ticket to support and waiting for inspection
