Could someone help please! I previously have gotten nowhere with telephone support! Our windows devices connected to our SMCaaS version 6.1.12 still have issues with non compliance. I reinstall the app on the phone and it seems fine for a while but then always reverts back to non compliance (low severity) with the error SMC app has to synchronize. This is happening on multiple devices which are mainly win 8 phones but it has happened on some windows 10 too
I do not know why, can anyone help?
