Cloud Based Hosting - Corporate Documentation

Hello!

I have tried to get an answer from support on this matter, they have told me to post my question here. (Which I find odd)

We currently have a cloud based MDM and are in the process of using the Corporate Document push to the handhelds. We are a Canadian based company and have to align with our Privacy Policy.

Our policy team wants to know:
Where our data will be stored when we upload documents via our cloud console. (Canada, USA or etc)
How is the data secured? (Encryption types and access)
Is the data hosted with other customers of Sophos?

    Hi Peter,

    uploaded documents are encrypted with an AES256 key specific for your SMCaaS customer. Other SMCaaS customer do not have access to it.
    Everything is stored within a database hosted in a German data center.
