First, this is my first time on this forum, please accept my apologies if this is posted in the wrong place!
We run Citrix Xenapp 6.5 at the moment and use have used Sophos for a number of years. This week we implemented Exploit Prevention and CryptoGuard and ran into problems. The big issue was that with these products active on our Xenapp servers, user login times went from a couple of minutes to more than 20 minutes. It appears that what was getting held up was the Citrix Profile Management.
We were able to RDP fine, and once the user was logged on things ran fine, but we've had to roll it back until we can sort this. I've logged a ticket with Sophos (waiting for them to come back to me) and looked around the knowledgebase but there doesn't seem to be much on this. We're not running the cloud version, this is all coming form Enterprise console.
Can anyone offer any thoughts or help?
