Question

We have recently installed Intercept X for a client. They utilize a lot of excel spreadsheet. Intercept X found a vulnerability. Where do you exclude thumb prints in the console?

 Can you shed more light on the reported issue? Is Intercept X detecting the file itself or do you see any Exploit detection while using the excel sheet? In either case please collect the following details and contact our support to investigate it further.

 What actions were done before the issue occurred? 
 Can we reproduce the issue? If yes, what are the steps? 
 If possible provide screenshots of the issue or error messages? 
 How many machines are affected by the issue?
