InterceptX has been blocking WebEx sessions once the user has signed into the session. It doesn't seem to matter what the source of the WebEx source is. Is there anything that we can do to stop InterceptX from blocking the WebEx sessions?

I would direct you to the article Intercept X: How to report false positives which details on how to raise issues for potential false positives with Intercept X, along with the available workarounds. Note that some detection will appear as legitimate files. Perform the instructions mentioned in the KBA to acknowledge alerts or exclude detected exploits ONLY if the files are assured to be valid.
Opening up a support ticket would help in speedy resolution on the reported issue.
