Anyone aware with issues between InterceptX and Photoshop? not seen it before but one user constantly having issues. She saves PSDs to the file server and the File server and client report ransomware attack from client and blocks her access to the server. InterceptX reporting is pretty poor. Other than a copy of events logged on the server itself nothing helpful in Sophos Central. Is there a way to stop it getting blocked by adding some sort of exception?
