Hey Corey and Matt!
You'll be able to find several videos, documentation, and testing tools for the ongoing EAP for Intercept X over here.
Thanks for signing up! We really appreciate our customer taking time to test out our upcoming releases and share their feedback with us. If you have the time, we're really appreciate if you could share your thoughts and experiences with us in the EAP forum.
Hmm, I still can't seem to find the presentation/webinar we're talking about. There is a link to a presentation on that link called "Root Cause Analysis Presentation " but what we are talking about is the webinar we attended on July 20 at 12pm (mountain time) called "GoToWebinar - Intercept X 2.0 - Early Access Preview". This presentation ended with a real-world example of the presenter using tools to gain access to a computer, etc. I have colleagues that are interested in watching that demonstration, and I want to re-watch it. Several times in the webinar they said the recording would be made available "early next week" - which would have been around July 24-26. So this is what we are looking for. Thank you.
I think the one you are looking for is here The on demand recording is now available.
This was the webcast that I gave to the US, UK and Europe.
