DEP exploit prevented in Microsoft Office Word

Hello there,

Two of our users are reporting Microsoft Word 2007 is crashing for them when they try to use a print macro - when attempting to use the macro, a Sophos error pops up as follows:

"DEP exploit prevented in Microsoft Office Word"

Then, Word just closes. These machines are running Windows 7 (64bit) and have recently had Sophos Endpoint 11.5.4 & InterceptX installed. If these users go onto different machines, also with the same OS, same version of office and same version of Sophos & InterceptX - the macro works absolutely fine - it just seems to be an issue with these two machines in particular. A little while back I added an exception in relation to this print macro on Sophos Central and it's been working fine for all users until just recently for some unknown reason to me.

Anyone ever seen this behaviour? Any ideas on how to fix? I've re-installed Office as well as Sophos Endpoint & InterceptX - neither of which helped.
