Hello.
I have a demo to present for a client and i decided to do one for my in-house team before moving out. I set up a VM environment where i have an XG firewall, a window 8.1 client all installed on my vm environment. I synchronized the XG to my sophos central account which worked well.
Now where i am having an issue is after infecting my test client OS(Window8.1), the XG noticed it and knocks it out of the network for a while and later allows it on the network with the XG still seeing the client system as a risky system.
Please, how do i resolve this so the the XG will see the client system as healthy.
NB: The resolve button on the endpoint on the system is not clickable. And the endpoint is a trial version from the sophos portal which has not expired.
