Account migration to my other sophos ID

Hi Admins,

can you help me to move my community account to my other sophos ID?

AndreasRieger1 is my other community account, you can delete this and migrate my account to this profile.

Sorry but this is not possible, unfortunately. Just use the relevant account going forward.

how can i change my email address? I am in a new company and my account is on my old email address...

Hi Andreas,

You are unable to change the email address you signed up with. You will simply need to create a new account with the new email you would like to use.
