Hi Sophos Engineer and Architect

How can I view/show my Name when I view cerficate under Sophos Partner Community?

It always show default page .... No Name (my name) included.....

Can you please elaborate? I am not sure what you are asking. I can change the way your username shows in this Community, but not the Partner Portal.

I have been told you need to enable all the features of the PDF for all the fields to come in.

I only view Pdf format under mozilla firefox browser..

Do I need to install pdf application to view this certification 100 %??
