problem with video stream of pc

Hi, our customer have the Sophos antivirus and I have some problem with a new video surveillance platform.
I can see the video stream of cameras with the browers Internet Explorer.

When my pc connects to the same LAN of all cameras I don't have the problem with the video stream. But when my customer he want to see it with his pc (it connects in his LAN of company) there are some problem: the video stream get delay of 4/5 minutes if I see only one camera. If I want to see all cameras with NVR it's impossible. With my pc I don't problem.

When my customer disactives Sophos, it functions all very good.

Which will be the problem? He must disactive some thing from Sophos?

    1. Are you facing this issue with any browser?
    THE CUSTOMER MUST USE ONLY INTERNET EXPLORER IN HIS PC OF COMPANY.
     
    2. "You don't have any issues when your laptop is connected", do you have Sophos endpoint security and control installed in your laptop?
    NO
     
     
    3. The surveillance video should be streamed from an application(from the surveillance program), have you white-listed the application in Sophos enterprise console?
    THERE IS NOT A SURVEILLANCE PROGRAMM, ONLY WEB INTERFACE FROM BROWERS IE.
