Deborah Hawkins

At the end of a scan, Sophos reported "6 issues found."  What does this mean and how do I know what these issues are and how to correct them?

    Hello Deborah Hawkins,

    first of all this forum is for Community Feedback (kinda meta-forum), you should ask product specific questions in the applicable group (and please indicate product and version used as well as you operating system).

    Anyway, the scan log (how to access it depends, see above) will have details. Common reasons are: Locked files, password protected documents and archives,, files whose structure the scanner can't assess. Normally these don't pose a threat though - it's just to inform you that scanning couldn't complete as it normally can.
