I am a Pre-press consultant and recently my clients installed Sophos Home with their PCs as per my advice. Three days back most of them got stuck after a restart suggested by Sophos, and it adding additional characters instead of space and backspace while doing data entry operation. This happened all of a sudden at various sites and nobody can proceed with their work.
Kindly advice me.
