Removal Failed

I may have different versions of FREE SOPHOS Anti virus  on my iMac And it hasn't been scaning

No scanning window. I tried to remove it by using the uninstall tool Remove Sophos Endpoint

after the Procedure The removal failed The software was not successfully removed.

    May I know what do you mean by different versions of Sophos AV? It would help me it you can specific the current version that you are trying to remove and also the Mac OS version.

    The version I originally had on my Mac changed at some point, the interface looked very different. mMaybe I updated it at some point, i can't remember. I delated it so I could start again because it was not scanning anymore. I haven't got a clue what version it was. As it know longer appears on my iMac. But the error messages says Removal Failed.

    Please can you help, i don't know what else to do.
