Application Control being ignored and other stuff...

We have approx 600 devices on our network (Enterprise Console 5.5.0) and have Application control set up to prevent certain apps from running

We are finding that, despite certain apps /utilities being "cleared" to run (such as Windows Sticky Keys) - they are STILL being blocked from running

Also - We have a few "historic" blocked apps - that refuse to clear from the list - what is the procedure for clearing these "errors" ?

And finally - we still have 62 devices (10%) showing as "RESTART NEEDED FOR UPDATES TO TAKE EFFECT" - Down from over 140 a month ago - why are so many restarts needed - and when will this number reduce to acceptable levels ?

  • "Google Software Reporter Tool" has now popped up on Application control - on almost 200 devices

The strange thing is that when I first checked the server this afternoon - I found that the last server update was shown as 2 days ago and a red cross was by every device on the network

I rebooted the server and this kicked it back in to life again !

I am assuming that this is NOT safe to authorise ?
