Need to Uninstall

Hi all,

 

I have a problem...  I need to uninstall the Sophos client on ONE Windows 7 PC on my network.  All PCs are run by the Sophos EC.  I have done this before, but can't now.  The options in KB119175 don't work because I cannot even open the Sophos client on the PC in order to turn Tamper Protection off.  So that won't work.  I also cannot edit the Tamper Protection Policy effectively because the Sophos client on this PC won't grab the new policy.  So I can't uninstall because I can't turn off Tamper Protection!  Help!  Thanks!
