Download Security Software Issue

Hi,

I have an issue regarding Sophos Download Account details. When I enter my username and password to download Sophos Security Software to protect computer via Sophos Enterprise Console I get this error “ Failed to authenticate with the server. Check that credentials are correct”.

I am entering the same username and password which I have used to download Sophos Enterprise Console on company partner portal. The scenario is, I have downloaded Sophos Enterprise Console 5.5.0 and installed it on Windows Server 2012. The computers are discovered in Sophos Console which are on same network and I am not doing it using Active Directory. This is for testing purpose only and for that there is a test pc on which I want to deploy Sophos Endpoint Security via Sophos Enterprise Console.

Now I want to know which credentials I have to use to download Sophos Security Software?

Please guide me, I will be thankful to you.

Hello Asim Raza,

the credentials for the download are not your (or any other SophosID but the credentials from the license schedule (you'll find the username in the License Portal).
