Its about adding Thumbprints for EXP exceptions in registry.
Open regedit Navigate to HKLM\SOFTWARE\HitmanPro.Alert Create or modify the Multi-String Value UserThumbprints Add the below in as a new line in the value:
Restart the HitmanPro.Alert service or the machine
That has the issue. It will be possible to do this from the console on the next big release. But at the moment you will need to pop in a key on each endpoint.
It is planned to ship a SEC 5.5.1 around end of the year with better assistance towards false positives from exploit prevention and better tamper protection.
I see. on the next big release is a another (some say: more polite) way of saying - not anytime soon. EXP was rushed into the on-premise version, there's still some work to do and AV and TP policies/management also need some maintenance to support features already existing on the endpoint (and Central). Just saw your other post - I understand better assistance as far from prefect though [;)].
