Some End-Points not reporting back to SEC despite being up to date

Hi,

We have a number of end-points that do not appear to be reporting back to Enterprise Console that they are up-to-date, even although when I check on the end-point computer itself it actually is.

Is there a reason that more end-points seem to be having this issue, at present there is maybe 8 out 50+

I had this problem a month or so ago with 2 computers, but then they started reporting again without any obvious reason as to why.

    endpoint AV and updating status is one thing, whether it successfully reports another.
    Endpoints must be able to access the server's ports 8192 and 8194. Of course there might be other issue preventing communication. The RMS logs should give some insight of you can rule out firewalls and firewall setting or other network issues.
