Sophos Central Account Issue

Hello,

 

I am trying to log in cloud.sophos.com and my password is not accepted. I select "Forgot Password", I enter my email and click on "Forgot Password", but I never receive an email from the system. If I go to create a new account, it tells me that there is already an account with my email!

 

Any ideas how to manage to log in Sophos Central?
