how can i take a backup my management server. i can read the documents, it will helps me.

pls give a better things. step by step

for a default installation DataBackupRestore.exe is the tool intended for this purpose. The article contains also a link for how to back up a remote database.
There's no detailed description of a backup strategy though as it depends largely on the environment.
