Best Practice for migration from EM 5.2.1 R2 to Sophos Central cloud solution?

Hi,

I am embarking on migrating all of my windows 7 & 10 clients from Enterprise Manager to Sophos central cloud solution.

So far I have found the installation of the new web client problematic and have had to remove the old client first which is not very convenient.

Is there a guide to the best way to address this migration or does anyone have first hand experience that can offer me advice?

Hi Vincent,

Sorry to hear that you are facing problem with the new web client installation. As you are migrating the clients from Enterprise Manager to Sophos Central, have a look at Migrating to Sophos Central from Enterprise Console or Sophos Control Center , which will clear out all your questions in regards with the migration to Sophos Central.

Also take a look at the Sophos Central Admin Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
