Purge Log from sophos cloud

Hi all ,

Can the Admin of sophos cloud have the ability to reset statistics and purge logs from sophos cloud ? if yes how .

this is the forum for the on-premise Enterprise Console forum, for Cloud console questions you should use the Sophos Central forum.

Anyway - AFAIK, no. What is the reason you think you need this ability?

Hi ,

Thank you for your answer , there are some Computer out of the company , so the need is to export a report with all valid computer protected right now .

No need to have the logs & reports from an old computer .

Hello Nabil Ladib,

I see you've posted in Central and you'll likely get a much better answer there.
The computers out of the company are gone and will never return? If so, I'd expect that they are'nt considered for (computer) reports if you delete them. Also after two weeks they are no longer in the active category.
