Server protection enterprise

Hi,

I purchased sever protection enterprise product on premises.

There is no cryptoguard program in my control panel.

Only

Sophos Av,auto update,

Remote management system,

Where i can see ryptoguard features

Hello HariKrishnan,

there seems to be some confusion regarding licensing. As said, there's no distinct Server option for on-premise, servers are included. AFAIK Server Protection is an option of Central (which is generally based on Users). Dunno how you've purchased, normally the reseller should assist you in making the desired purchases. Please contact customercare@sophos.com, they should be able to help and sort it out.
