Sophos failed to connect to database, error code 0xe0080837 4294966264

I have noticed recently an increase in "Computers with errors" section and they all have the same error - Failed to connect to database, error code 4294966264. code [0xe0080837]

I have tried searching for a soulution and nothing has come up.

Can anyone tell me what this error means and how to fix this please?

Running Sophos Enterprise Console 5.2.0.644

Does anyone still have this problem? I would appreciate if you can help me, anyway I will continue to seek a solution.

Yes, we are are still experiencing the issue. Not all our users are laptop users.

Sophos recommended going through our group polices one by one as we started using encryption around the same time but i have yet had time to test this.

I'm not sure how to get the logs - can you elaborate please, thanks all.
