I recently updated from SEC 5.5.0 to 5.5.2. After the upgrade the new console launches, but when I try to 'Protect Computer' I get the message, 'The list of products available from Sophos has not yet been retrieved. Please try again later'. I have waited a few hours now, but the problem still exists. I have also tried to check our subscription, although it was working fine before the upgrade, and I get the same message.
It appears as though I am not able to log on to our subscription? Do I have to reenter the password after this update?
