Problem applying application control policies

Hi,

 

Application control policies are not being updated on workstations. I am having a lot of problems with essential applications being blocked, even though they are released in the policies. Even though it completely disables policy, stations continue to block applications in general. I have already uninstalled Sophos on workstations and installed it again. Problem persists. What can I check to resolve the issue?

    endpoints managed by SEC or Central?
    IIRC by default Applications aren't blocked at all. On the management side you should see whether the endpoints comply with the policy (and the applicable policy) or not and endpoints should send associated Events.
