We have just migrated to Sophos Central, as soon as wee did we have been getting all sorts of issues with Citrix Users and them getting group policy errors and hanging, since reverting back to Sophos Enterprise Console the issues have gone, so sure it's Central. Is there anything I'm missing?
Have tried the below and it fixed it but wondered if there has been any updates on a fix for it?

I just wanted to confirm if you have added the vendor recommended exclusions for Citrix as per this KBA article. Also please check the links below and see if it is helpful. If not, can you add these exclusions and see if the issue gets resolved.
