Sophos Central -Citrix

Hi all,

We have just migrated to Sophos Central, as soon as wee did we have been getting all sorts of issues with Citrix Users and them getting group policy errors and hanging, since reverting back to Sophos Enterprise Console the issues have gone, so sure it's Central. Is there anything I'm missing?

Have tried the below and it fixed it but wondered if there has been any updates on a fix for it?
