Sophos Server RMS parent address missing/unknown

Hi All,

We are migrating customer sophos server from Windows 2008 to Windows 2012 with same host name and IP address as previous installation below.

Windows 2008

1. Sophos Console & Management Server

2. Sophos database.

The installation is successful base on sophos migration guide, however we found that the server rms parent address is missing/unknown but the port 8192-8194 is accessible.

Because of the issue certain machine has failed to report back to console.

Appreciate if anyone can help guide to troubleshoot the issue. Thanks

Kindly confirm the version of the enterprise console you are using? Could you please check this article and see if you are able to re-direct the endpoints with RMS configuration.
