Sophos Clean failed from server

The steps mentioned in this article, but is for Applies to the following Sophos products and versions
Sophos Endpoint Security and Control 10.7.2 and I use Sophos Endpoint Security and Control 10.8.4.

For download errors in general the mentioned ALUpdate log is the start. Search for a line like (omit the timestamp when searching ;) )
Trace(2019-Oct-17 06:32:30): CIDUpdateLocation::SyncProduct - Updating Product: Sophos Clean
the following lines should have a more detailed description of the error.
