Expolit prevention policy unable to open/edit

After deploying exploit prevention policy to all clients, issue with opening/editing the policy.
Came to know that need to alter the table, and we are using local instance on the same machine of SEC.

 

1. How to connect to database

2. How to take database backup

3. How to alter the table and make sure policy starts working again.
