can we hide or clean those error? because we could not see any error from "resolve alerts and errors

In our customer console got a lot of error with installation failed. example network treat protection, hitman and many others. they are going to have an audit. can we hide or clean those error? because we could not see any error from "resolve alert and error".

    installation and updating errors can neither be suppressed nor viewed and acknowledged. They are automatically cleared once installation or update succeeds.

    I'm known for having a divided opinion of audits. In this case though I don't advocate to "clean the sheet" just to satisfy the auditors. What's the purpose of security software that isn't installed? Instead of hiding the errors you should aim to resolve the installation issues.
