we have identified a SOPHOS problem since the last update .
very big slow down when opening EXCEL files with MACRO

it's impossible to give an answer to a rather general question. since the last update isn't telling much if anything if you don't tell the product and version you use (and what exactly the last update is). The components used and settings enabled are equally important - so please give some details.
