Windows 10 Updates via SCCM not being installed/Blocked

Hi,

We are trialling a number of Windows 10 builds at the moment with a view to rolling them out en-masse to our Enterprise estate. We are using Windows Updates via SCCM to deploy updates however it appears when we look on Software Center the Windows Update Status says "waiting to install", failed, or pending. To get the updates to install we either have to stop the Sophos Firewall or in some instances stop all Sophos Services and they will install. We have made lots of exceptions for the on access scanning to allow relevant Windows Updates folders/files to be ignored but has made no difference.

We are using Sophos Endpoint and Control 10.7

Any advice gratefully received.

Hi pdturbo80,

I would like to know few more details on the reported issue.

1. Do you get any log entries for the firewall or the Sophos Endpoint blocking the update deployment?

2. Is there any specific service when stopped, to resolves the issue?
