Terminal servers shutting down

 Terminal servers shutting down, this link https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/387675-citrix-xenapp-76-frp3-servers-randomly-crashing/?csrfKey=de27900485ba4c71cba17dbf98a557c8 is blaming Sophos. Suggested to disable Sophos on our Citrix terminal servers.

 

 There is no memory dump file as it is acting like someone turned the power off on these servers.

 

  Would appreciate any help.
