We are currently in the process of upgrading all user workstations from Windows 7 to Windows 10. So far this has been going very smoothly with the exception of two workstations. After upgrading to Windows 10 the users of these two workstations began complaining that they were getting errors from Sophos saying that it failed to update. From the Sophos Enterprise console I see the message "Failed to install SAVXP: A previous version could not be uninstalled" Unfortunately I cannot uninstall on the local machine because I cannot even open the local console. It just continues to show a message that it is updating.
Just curious how others have addressed this problem in the past?

an on-machine migration to Windows 10? Which product line (SEC, Central)? There's a Windows 10 Support article written some time ago with links to detailed information about the upgrade procedure.
